The QEHS Tickets Module serves as a centralized system for employees to report safety, environmental, quality, or health concerns, and for QEHS professionals to manage resolution, document actions, and track time spent addressing these issues.

  • Empower all employees to easily report Quality, Environmental, Health, and Safety (QEHS) concerns
  • Ensure structured follow-up, transparency, and accountability by QEHS team
  • Enable time tracking of all action items handled by QEHS personnel—whether part of a ticket or arising from other safety activities

📝 Ticketing Registration

👤 Open Access Reporting

  • Any employee can register a QEHS ticket
  • User-friendly form to report concerns with:
    • Ticket Type (predefined categories)
    • Ticket Description
    • Optional attachments (e.g., photos, documents)
    • Auto-assigned ticket number, registration date, and reporter ID

📋 Action Item Generation

  • Based on the selected ticket type, a predefined list of standard Action Items is auto-generated
  • QEHS members can:
    • Add custom Action Items if needed
    • Assign responsibilities and deadlines per item
    • Set priorities (Low, Medium, High, Critical)
    • Track status (Not Started, In Progress, Completed, Closed)

🔄 Ticket Workflow

  • Status codes:
    • New, Under Review, In Progress, Pending Info, Resolved, Closed
  • Tickets are visible in dashboards and can be filtered by:
    • Status, Type, Reporter, Assigned QEHS member, Location, or Date range
  • Optional tagging and internal notes

⏱️ Time Registration

🎯 Objective

QEHS team members to log time against Action Items, whether tied to a ticket or not.

  • QEHS users have exclusive access to time registration on Action Items
  • Each log includes:
    • Date
    • Duration (in hours or minutes)
    • Activity Description
    • Action Item Reference
    • Category (e.g., Ticket, Inspection Round, Incident Analysis, Equipment Commissioning, Safety Walk, PtW Meeting)
  • Supports reporting and auditing of time spent by individual, category, or time period
