Organizations assume excessive risk by not investing in the monitored control and prevention of hazards in the workplace. The monitoring and prevention of hazards originating from biological, chemical, physical, ergonomic and psychosocial require detailed documentation to meet both Government and Organizational Health and Safety requirements. To meet these requirements EXP offers a Health Management module to protect employees, family members, employers, customers, suppliers, nearby communities, and other members of the public who are impacted by the workplace environment.
The EXP Health Management Module is a web-based software application designed to better plan and manage Occupational Health and Hygiene programs. EXP accomplishes this by providing a flexible approach to create and track the requirements necessary for Occupational Health & Hygiene programs. Monitoring programs are planned based on a desired frequency, work location/environment and/or individuals or groups of individuals and the exposure/metric to be monitored.
The results of the monitored events are recorded and tracked within EXP’s system. Data and information from these events will be used to better monitor and implement programs to reduce human and organizational risk and to ensure legal and cultural requirements are met.
