EXP is pleased to announce the release of our mobile Safety Observations product line. With the greater adoption of wireless devices and connectivity, EXP is providing solutions that have long been the request of EHS & GRC Professionals.

The mobile Safety Observations product line is currently available for the iPhone & iPad and soon to be other mobile platforms.

Our mobile Safety Observations solution allows our users to break away from the restraints of a desk and perform Safety Observations in the field. Safety Observations can be performed “online” or the can be performed “offline” and synced back to the main EXP application for additional reporting and analysis.

The mobile application contains all of the information required to maintain and effective Safety Observation program. Observations can be defined by location, person(s), function or any criteria defined by the organization.  The following is a basic listing of the information collected within the mobile Safety Observation process:

• Local, person(s), function, operations, observation/tour type
• Date & time
• Team Members
• Observations (positive & negative)
• At Risk Behavior (criteria selection & description)
• Unsafe Conditions (criteria selection & description)
• Comments

The mobile Safety Observations is a great compliment to our web-based Safety Observation application. The combination of these two tools can really aid the expansion of a Safety Observation program within your organization.
