Statistical reporting in an important measurement of organizational performance and compliance. Gathering, aggregating, and analyzing safety, health and quality performance data is a significant undertaking for organizations with constrained human and IT resources. EXP has taken the next step in the evolution of QEHS management systems by providing a comprehensive tool to easily report and trend leading and lagging indicators, monitor organizational performance, improve operational decisions while reducing the resources necessary to operate a world-class QEHS management system.
The EXP Key Performance Indicators (KPI) module (formerly known as Site Safety Statistics module) provides a central location to record and analyze safety related analytics. The KPI module records and analyzes both “lagging” and “leading” indicators for incident and proactive safety performance. EXP provides best-in-class recommendations for the capture and measurement of safety related data.
The KPI module generates important key performance indicators such as: Total Recordable/Lost Time/Restricted Cases and Rates, Severity Index, Lost Time and Restricted Work Day counts and other statistical based performance metrics.
EXP’s flexible platform enables the seamless collection of leading indicators such as: Safety Observations, Near Misses, Behavioral Based Safety and Training program data. Leading and Lagging indicator data can be used to identify key performance metrics and perform trend analysis. Leading and Lagging indicator trend analysis will measure the impact of proactive safety programs to actual incident performance and results.
The KPI module is part of the EXP QEHS Management System product offering containing both the Incident and Observation modules.
