The Action Item Management System implements an automated workflow, which allows an organization to track an action item from creation to completion. Once a task is generated, emails and notifications will be issued through the appropriate channels (a specific individual or an assigned workgroup) to ensure completion. Dashboard and Reporting

An extensive set of dashboards and reporting options are provided within the Action Items module in which compliance, performance and cycle time reports are available. All dashboards and reports contain filter criteria for customized summaries and data views.
