EXP’s Action Item Management System provides a simple and highly configurable option for universal task management and reporting. Action Item Management is available as a standalone module and can also be integrated into other EXP modules such as Incident Management, Observations Reporting, Audit Management, Management of Change, Quality, and Risk Management.
The Action Item Management System implements an automated workflow, which allows an organization to track an action item from creation to completion. Once a task is generated, emails and notifications will be issued through the appropriate channels (a specific individual or an assigned workgroup) to ensure completion. Built in workflow and automated notifications ensure that performance metrics and compliance are met.
An extensive set of dashboards and reporting options are provided within the Action Items module in which compliance, performance and cycle time reports are available. All dashboards and reports contain filter criteria for customized summaries and data views. Users may choose from a selection of dynamic charts which utilize color coding to clearly depict the status of Action Items.
